I taught elementary school for two years in Indianapolis after earning a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Defiance College. I then moved to Florida. I've spent nine years teaching high school mathematics, specifically Geometry, Algebra, Preparation for College Mathematics, among others. While living in Florida, I've been working as a Mathematics Coach at a middle school. I've worked as a tutor all through my career. Teaching and Math are definitely two passions of mine. It's rewarding for me to aid students in comprehending a subject, as well as helping them to develop new expertise. I'm qualified to tutor Algebra, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Anatomy, Physics, PreAlgebra, and other Sciences. I can also work with students to prepare for the ACTs, Florida EOC Assessment, SAT subject tests in Mathematics (levels 1-2), and the FCAT 2.0. Outside of work, I love hanging out with my family and playing golf. I also love to kayak with my spouse, and anything water-related. I also enjoy puzzles, relaxing, and watching tv and movies.
